Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
We use Zoom Workplace for all of our web conferences, Hybrid and Zoom Room integration. All employees and locations have access. We do not use the IM capabilities but have recently started using the AI Meeting Summary and Companion. Employees use the Windows app, Mobile app and Zoom Rooms on a daily basis.
Pros
- Hybrid meetings with Zoom Room integration
- Recordings are excellent
- Ease of use is strong
Cons
- Sharing audio from one participant while another shares video is not functional
- Saved us during Covid
- All employees now use a cameras which supports our culture
- Zoom Rooms via the Neat bar is a game changer
Zoom Workplace is more refined, better audio and video quality and more features. We chose Zoom Workplace because more of our partners and clients felt comfortable with Zoom Workplace.
