Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

Most of the team utilizes Zoom for phone call follow-up. I love that I can check my voice messages from the platform and do not need to rely on calling my virtual mailbox daily. It was easy to integrate into my routine. The chat feature is handy, but I need to check if I have a message, making it easy to miss.

Zoom is an incredibly user-friendly phone experience. It takes the guesswork out of voicemails, phone functions, conference calls, and more. Other business phone systems are surprisingly difficult and do not make managing the system easy. Zoom is highly recommended if you or your staff dread switching phones, extensions, or other management functions due to its difficult nature. Previously, I was left feeling like I needed a degree to change the display name of phones; Zoom is miles ahead of our past two systems.
