Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

We use it for easy 4-digit extension dialing. Real time chat communication between employees / managers. We utilize the desktop app to visually confirm workers are online ready to communicate. One stop shop also for not only chats but Sms messages and voice mail retrieval and call / text / chat history on a daily basis.

  • the admin menu
  • more power for admins
  • great visual awareness of online employees
  • too many features options that are not really clear on how to use / benefit of using it
  • love the team / group chat feature

Zoom Workplace is great for status on all employees
I wish there was a feature where if the user seen your message it would alert the sender that it has been viewed. like a read receipt feature
