Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

We are a full Zoom Workplace shop - using the software for our office phones, meetings and webinars. It addresses all of our needs and day to day communications.

Pros

  • Zoom AI
  • Camera quality - much better than Teams
  • Meeting stability - better than Teams

Cons

  • Making it easier to toggle how many devices Zoom rings on - having a feature like that in the Zoom desktop app instead of the web version
  • Streamlined ability to register people for webinars
  • Issues when webinars are cancelled and people not manually removing the old calendar appointment from their calendar and getting confused
Helps us look back at notes post-meeting. Easily can glance at action items, and if something was documented manually but we don't remember the context completely, we can go back and look, which is really nice.

Suited for conference call meetings, group meetings, hybrid meetings. For our hybrid events, we run our Board of Directors meetings on Zoom Workplace.
