Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

Meetings, Interviews, Commitees, internal and external communication without the use of personal phone

Pros

  • Switching between Zoom video and incoming phone calls
  • Switching between desktop and mobile while on Zoom video
  • Providing interaction tools for meetings with large groups, and non-verbal communication tools

Cons

  • Switching between desktop and mobile while on a phone call (without the Park feature)
  • More options for customization
  • In- app background creator
  • more connected to one another
  • easier to find someone's contact info using directory
  • facilitates interactions across multiple office locations
I enjoy the interface a lot better, the settings are more clearly accessible, and I don't experience problems launching or while using the software.

It is really helpful to use Zoom when needing to contact external parties, or clients. Especially when not provided with a work phone. It helps to keep both things separate and organized.
