Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
We have a number of remote staff. Zoom Workplace allows us to collaborate with these staff and they can join hybrid meetings over zoom. It ensures all our staff stay connected, despite not living in the same country. Zoom is also used during recruitment and has allowed us to hire staff abroad, as well as streamlining our interview process

- Call flows on zoom phone could be simplified
- It would be great if we could use our organisation domain in meeting links without needing a zoom events licence
- Pricing is quite expensive

Better screen sharing functionality. Better sound quality and better video quality. Less lagging on Zoom Workplace as well
