We are a remote company, we use zoom both for internal calls between staff members and calling clients and customers. We utilize the call queue features to set up hotlines for dispatching and daily communication and problem solving across the country. We also use Zoom reports for performance tracking with employees.

- Ability to set up call queues that making hotline style calling easy
- Ability to subscribe to daily and weekly reports
- Ability to have a company phone without using personal phones at all

We prefer textline for hotline texting and zoom for phone calls
