Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

We use Zoom to host hybrid meetings among our staff of mental health therapists. The platform allows us to meet and share training and consultation opportunities despite working at different sites.

Pros

  • Facilitate hybrid meetings as a team
  • Allow us to record trainings
  • Use as a back up virtual platform for one-to-one meetings

Cons

  • I haven't been able to figure out how to use break out rooms despite trying to research it quite a bit. Otherwise, Zoom has been quite easy to use and I've appreciated the myriad functions.
  • Improved collaboration

Hybrid meetings, virtual workshops, one-to-one meetings. I'm not sure where it would be less appropriate. It works great.
