It solves the issue of communicating with our customers and internally and really helps us know how the company is doing while also helps to guide and resolve customer issues. As our business has people all over the world, this really helps bridge gaps.

It is very well suited for large companies that need communication channels across several teams, as well as international companies that need communication across different countries. The mobile app is very helpful in order to get on meetings on the go and is very intuitive. Also helps keep track of meetings held with customers.
