Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We frequently have to use Zoom to speak to third parties, stakeholders and suppliers. It is a good system for connecting online and has some clever features like breakout room, chats, voting, etc. these features make it useful for workshops too. The nice thing about Zoom is the ability to speak to those outside of your organisation easily.

Zoom is a good tool for online meetings. It works well for meeting with internal colleagues or external contacts. The extra functions like chat, breakout rooms and screen share allow for productive online calls.

Zoom could add to these features to help with workshops, like adding polling functionality, translation and screen takeover.
