It allows me, among other things, to schedule classes with my students, advisory sessions for other professionals, record interviews for my podcast, take notes on all of the above... It is one of the tools I use most in the day-to-day running of my business because of its ease of use and the interaction possibilities it offers.

The desktop interface is overly complex
It's less intuitive than other video conferencing tools. I've had clients who feel lost at first and don't know how to share their screen, send documents, etc. That didn't happen to them with Google Meet or Skype (back when they existed).

It's incredibly helpful for taking notes during my classes. Sometimes I share these notes with my students, and they also tell me how useful they are.
