Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
We use it mainly to find business contacts. Sales is the most useful aspect for us. Finding contacts can be difficult and ZoomInfo does pretty well in this area.
- Importing to Salesforce is usually easy, although not always. Integration could use an update or two.
- Importation could be much more seamless and faster. Also there are times when the plugin can't find the same contacts as the full website. We should be able to do a full search from Salesforce.
- Very positive - I've found countless accurate (and inaccurate) contacts via zoom.
Data.com and Jigsaw are decent competitors, in that pecking order. I'd put ZoomInfo at the top.
