Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
ZoomInfo is currently being used by my company AXA Advisors company wide in the North East region. It helps all advisors gain access to corporate lists stretching out across the entire country. For someone who wants to focus on growing their business in the cold market, ZoomInfo allows advisors to get access to a vast amount of vital information.
- Ability to create lists of companies in your area in which you want to reach out to individuals and introduce yourself
- Ability to export lists to Excel
- Ability to get access to people's emails has been successful with getting information out
- Exporting lists to Excel is limited to 1,000 contacts unless you want to pay more
- Lists of companies tend to shrink drastically when you filter to individual's direct numbers
- Going back to saved searches names are in extremely different order
- Increased amount of people we are talking to on a weekly basis
- Increased total calls by all advisors
- Increased qualifying candidates
I have not used any other company that is similar to ZoomInfo as Zoom was implemented within our company right when I began working about a year ago. For the most part, I do not see how other similar platforms could be much better than ZoomInfo. The only issue I have come across while using ZoomInfo is that when you filter individual's contact information to direct number, a large portion of the list filters out. Having a list of individual's names with their HQ number is not very efficient or practical.
