Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
We use it to gather information about prospects so we can improve our results in prospecting. One of the most challenging parts of our job as sales reps is getting in contact with the right resources. Zoominfo provides a pretty accurate way to find that contact information and then use it in our sales cycles
- Zoominfo is good at researching a company and providing email and telephone numbers of our prospects
- I actually like what it does. We use other tools like Linkedin Navigator so direct integration with them would be great. I think this is there but I haven't seen it.
- This is an effective way to find contacts in accounts. I use it all the time to expand my customer base and contact list
We use all of these products together in different ways. Linkedin is good for research and connecting with people. SalesLoft is good at created logical sales campaigns. I see these as all different point solutions.
