Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

ZoomInfo is currently being used by our business development team to identify potential prospects and their contact information.

Pros

  • Provides more direct lines and accurate email addresses than other tools.
  • Search function is quick, results being show in real time as each letter is typed into the search box.
  • I appreciate the available integrations.

Cons

  • More direct lines and accurate email addresses is always a plus.
  • Would be cool if a tool existed to immediately take you to zoominfo profile from the LinkedIn page of prospect.
  • A zoominfo mobile app?
  • Having accurate contact info means quicker time to reach prospect from cold perspective.
  • Has helped grow database.
  • Not sure about ROI as I'm not the purchaser.
In the past I've used tools like RainKing and Data.com. ZoomInfo's data seems more accurate.
I use ZoomInfo to cross check contact information with other prospect search tools. Oftentimes ZoomInfo has more accurate contact information.
