Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

It is used to look up email addresses and sometimes direct phone lines when available. Most departments use Zoominfo. It has approximately 70% accuracy most times.

Pros

  • When accurate - contact information is complete and detailed.
  • Easy to use.

Cons

  • Accuracy is a big area that needs improvement.
  • Updating contact information on a more regular basis is needed.
  • It has just made finding 70% of researched contacts with accurate information easier.
  • When accurate it certainly reduced time to research contact information.
I don't think there is a comparative competitor that has better quality or depth of data.
Appropriate to find email addresses when contact is correctly listed or figure out the formula if contact is not listed correctly but the company is listed.
