Use Cases and Deployment Scope

My department uses Zoominfo fairly heavily to locate contact information for people we are trying to contact and potentially add to our database as candidates or references or potential clients.

Pros and Cons

Ease of use
Finding direct dials
updating contact information

Many times information is not valid
Often photos are incorrect
If I log into ZoomInfo from another browser it kicks me out and makes it appear as if I am sharing my license

Return on Investment

We couldn't do our work without it
Makes work efficient
Helps us to rapidly identify targets

Alternatives Considered

I have not used any other similar programs except Email Hunter which I typically use hand in hand with zoominfo with great results.

Very well suited for finding many contacts' information very rapidly. Not very well suited for really mapping out a company as many times the industries are incorrect and it's also not the best for finding smaller firms or independent consultants. Many times if I am searching for a 1-10 person firm I have more trouble and have to use Google. Also feel the emails are not verified before posting.
