Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

[It's] Used across our sales department. Helps us to directly contact key decision makers in companies of all sizes.
  • If I know the name and the person has not changed jobs in a while I can get their e-mail address and their phone number.
  • Can filter a whole list of people and pump it out into Excel.
  • Knowing the right person to contact is critical for sales success.
  • Sometimes people are listed as being at HQ when they are located in a satellite office.
  • People change jobs so frequently that it's hard to get clean data. So I always crosscheck zoominfo with LinkedIn.
The rest have one or more of the problems below:
- poor data
- useless data
- poor segmentation
- do not provide e-mail address or phone number or both
Outstanding. Much better than some other similar services that I have used.
