Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

It is used across the healthcare sector, it has helped us get in touch with the right people to provide assistance to. Most of the time people have needs but they are often unreachable [when] calling into the facility or system. ZoomInfo allows me to get in direct contact with decision makers.

  • Providing e-mails and direct lines. This helps greatly.

  • Sometimes the info is not up to date.
