Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
We use ZoomInfo to build out our client database and ensure all client demographic information is as up to date as possible. We identify new BD prospects using ZoomInfo which ideally leads to making meaningful connections with new potential customers. It is a helpful when verifying data pulled from LinkedIn for our client database.
Pros
- ZoomInfo has a wealth of client information that is mostly up to date.
- ZoomInfo can export directly to Salesforce which saves our CRM administrator time.
- You can build contact lists in ZoomInfo to export in batches rather than one person at a time.
Cons
- Searching for contacts can be a bit of a pain when you have to spell the full name correctly as one single data point for a query.
- It would be great if ZoomInfo could more effectively connect to LinkedIn since we use LinkedIn for a lot of our prospecting as well.
- I wish ZoomInfo connected had a different type of connection to Outlook that can assist in identifying titles and phone numbers within Outlook by sourcing email addresses.
- ZoomInfo has helped us secure sales meetings faster by cutting down on the research time we have to do to secure a lead.
- ZoomInfo helps us keep our contact data records clean by securing updated title information for current clients.
- ZoomInfo helps us track when clients move from one organization to another by having their up-to-date contact info.
- D&B, NetProspex and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
We found that ZoomInfo had a larger swath of data in our industry than the other data sets and was more competitive on price as well. We've been using their data for two years now and we haven't had any issues that have caused us to reconsider. Their data is cleaned more often as well.
