Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

Our sales team currently uses ZoomInfo. We have a team of BDRs and Analysts using it to ensure each account has our target personas and their contact information.

Pros

  • ZoomInfo has contacts and contact data for even small organizations. We sell to organizations that often only have a few employees and other data providers have not had the contact details because they didn't pay any attention to those accounts.
  • Their Chrome extension is a game-changer and a must-have. Easily grabbing contact details wherever we're working is great.
  • Their servicing is really great too. We do QBRs, but even between then we get attention and help when we request as well as proactively from their side.

Cons

  • Better accuracy for contacts that no longer work at the organization.
  • The accuracy for contact emails could be better.
  • We don't waste time trying to find the correct persona and their contact details, so we can get into our accounts much faster.
ZoomInfo offers so much more than Seamless.ai. The truth is that both have had contacts and contact details that the other didn't.
ZoomInfo is well suited for any size sales team we have in our organization, and for any sized account, Commercial or Enterprise.
