Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
ZoomInfo is being used daily by our organization. The teams that currently use Zoom Info are our sales development reps, account executives, account managers, and the customer success team. All of these teams are sales focused. From the time a new lead comes in, ZoomInfo is used for data improvement and appending. It provides contact information, industry and address information which is crucial to our sales processes.
- Provides Great Contact Information.
- Industry information is crucial for our SDR team that cover specific verticals.
- Ability to import new accounts using browser extension.
- Employee range information seems to differ from LinkedIn frequently.
- The browser extension is a bit bulky.
- Job titles could use more frequent updating.
- Lead conversions are quicker.
- Contact information is strong and necessary.
- New Leads/Accounts are much quicker to import.
Zoom Info is the only data provider that I have used and feel comfortable commenting on.
