Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
We are using ZoomInfo to acquire prospects. The marketing and sales teams are using ZoomInfo. This brings in many new contacts, with a good amount of contact information. Our information is a bit outdated, so contact enrichment helps correct and update information so we can quickly contact people.
- ZoomInfo provides detailed information, which location people work in corporations, direct dials, mobile phones, and business / supplemental emails.
- ZoomInfo provides information on which technology they are using and gives the scoop on what is new or changes that are happening within a business. (EX. What new systems enterprises are looking to buy)- helpful for sales companies
- You should be able to look up people with their ZoomInfo ID.
- Zoominfo is integrated with Salesforce, and a considerable percentage of the time, the ZoomInfo does not "matching" up with the correct person in the system.
- Improved connection rates with contacts.
- Acquired many more potential leads.
