Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

We are using ZoomInfo for lead generation and insights for sales. In addition to helping us find the right person in large organizations, there are a lot of smaller customers out there we wouldn't otherwise know about. ZoomInfo has been very helpful in finding our target leads.
  • Finding relevant people in target organizations.
  • Find phone numbers and email addresses.
  • Search Boolean could be enhanced for better "AND" and "OR" functionality.
  • Better organization chart mapping is needed.
  • Generates much larger funnels.
  • More precise targeting of leads.

ZoomInfo is better on all fronts except for price.
ZoomInfo is useful for finding new leads and also for companies for marketing/sales activities so that you can target the right people. It isn't currently that great at mapping the relationships between those people (org charts), though they are trying.
