Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

ZoomInfo is being used to update, de-dupe and enrich our CRM database with relevant company and contact data. Currently, sales reps are mostly using it to get contact information for their prospects and the sales operations team is using it to enrich company-level data and search net new accounts to add to our CRM.

Evaluated Clearbit, Lead411 , InsideView for Contact level data
Evaluated and compared to Dun&Broadstreet for company level data.

ZoomInfo + DiscoverOrg combined was the only platform which can provide decent contact and company level data within same platform.
I used ZoomInfo 3 years ago and after the merge with DiscoverOrg they improved a lot (data quality and functionality wise).
