Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
ZoomInfo is being used within our sales organization. It provides us with an in-depth tool to research our customer base. We are able to export the information directly into Outreach, our CRM, or into an Excel spreadsheet to work with. We are able to connect with more up to date contacts than ever before.

- Easy to use filters.
- When I click on an industry, I wish it would just list the companies.
- Has definitely grown the company database.
- Easier process to determine stakeholders.

ZoomInfo is more detailed with company info and more accurate with employee information. There are more ways to export info, which makes it easier and faster to make a connection.
