Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

Currently, it is only being used by our sales team.

Pros

  • Filters contact by targeted segments.
  • Easy to build out lists of contact to export.

Cons

  • Acculturate contact information (phone numbers, emails, LI accounts, etc).
  • Ability to filter specific segments within an organization (federal/governmental space).
  • Better at identifying target audiences.
  • Fairly accurate with contact information but still requires additional research on my end.
Overall, ZoomInfo is very easy to navigate and is user-friendly. The only issue I experience is working with the governmental sector/federal integrators and the ability to identify the right folks based on how they're organized internally.
