Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

We currently use ZoomInfo to find key contacts in verticals that play well with our product. Specifically, it is used in Marketing and Sales operations. ZoomInfo helps us find prospects and determine our potential total addressable market.

Pros

  • Locate key contacts at named accounts.
  • Help us understand our total addressable market.
  • Enables our Sales team to build their outreach portfolio.

Cons

  • Could support marketing operations more in terms of functionality.
  • User interface not intuitive nor easy to use.
  • Growth in sales database.
  • Increase efficiency in finding decision makers.
ZoomInfo is powerful as a sales support tool in identifying key contacts. Where ZoomInfo has low value is on the marketing side. The manual set up of the 'form complete' feature is extremely technical to its detriment. Opt-ins for marketing outreach are vague and unsubstantiated. When paired with intent data, the value is obvious, however, for smaller to mid-size businesses, the cost is usually out of budget when considered against alternative intent tools.
