Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
We use it on a regular basis within my team to further research customers and prospects alike in order to refine our approach. It helps us ensure relevancy when talking with new prospects about our capabilities, solutions, and ultimately how we can better serve their needs. It's also incredibly valuable in locating viable contacts for marketing and brand awareness campaigns. It's utilized on a regular basis by sales, business development, and marketing.

- Alternative licensing options to meet a variety of business needs and structures would be nice
- Increased quantity of leads
- Stronger marketing/brand capabilities through contact lists
- D&B Hoovers (formerly Avention) and DiscoverOrg
We've found that this platform outperforms all others. We've used, evaluated, or otherwise decided to pass on numerous other platforms. All of which seemingly came up short of what ZoomInfo has to offer. The drilldown ability on numerous points has proved invaluable as we assess opportunities to pursue. There are simply too many opportunities to viably chase them all and thus the filtering ability allows us to hone in on those that provide us with the biggest odds of success. I like that we can fine tune our alerts, reporting, and ultimately how my team interfaces with the tool.
