Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo SalesOS

ZoomInfo has to be the most unethical company I've ever worked with. We purchased a one-year subscription to their ZoomInfo product which expired on 3/1/22. On 1/3/22 at 10:00 pm, I received an email asking who to send a renewal package to. I responded the very next morning stating that we would not like to renew and asked to confirm the last day of our contract to ensure we were paid through 3/1/21. The only response to my email was a DocuSign request for a new contract. I declined the DocuSign request and reiterated my intent to cancel at the end of our current contract on 3/1/22. Still no response until 3/11/22 when I received a call from a sales rep asking how we were going to pay for the renewal. After numerous attempts to deal with the rep directly, I contacted their legal department who responded that they intend to enforce a valid renewal in excess of $15,000. I am certain based on other postings here that we're not the only company that has encountered this renewal scam. I would like to speak with anyone else who has been scammed this was to initiate a class-action lawsuit to prevent this type of scam from continuing in the future. Do not do business with this shady organization. They are running a renewal scam and have no ethical compass.
  • They ignore the wishes of their customers very well
  • They don't care about the success or desires of their own customers
