Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
I used ZoomInfo here as well as in my previous role. The main reason that I have used it in both organizations is as a lead generation engine with solid contact information. We struggled to find good contacts and using ZoomInfo helped us tremendously through their site directly and with the Linkedin integrations they have.

- efficiency in building lists
- price, it is wildly expensive
- having options with less features
- start with your "best price" rather than offering artificial discounts

Zoominfo is really good, probably better, when it comes to the quality and depth of data. Seamless works well too but is a little slower and seems to have fewer company filtering options. However, it is substantially cheaper. We switched to seamless for that reason. Slightly lower quality but more quantity.
