Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo Marketing

ZoomInfo Marketing allows us to create very targeted audiences for our content marketing ads on LinkedIn. It's been a really great tool for tracking companies who are continuously returning to our .com and we've been able to create more targeted campaigns towards those people. The amount of insights and data we can glean from this tool have helped us take a step back and look at our strategy, make decisions based on these insights, and know our tactics are positioned better. Not to mention the

Pros

  • Connects our sales process with our marketing process and allows us to collaborate effectively based on sales goals (audience lists, accounts, etc)
  • The integration with LinkedIn audience allows us to be more targeted
  • Workflows, there are so many options here and you can gather a lot of great data for nurture campaigns

Cons

  • Reporting doesn't fully feel fleshed out
  • It has greatly increased our sales and marketing alignment which has helped us move the needle with our MQLs.
  • We've been able to target our LinkedIn ads to specific companies we want to work with and secure meetings with them.
I think it's great for marketing and sales alignment and it gives great insights and data that we can translate over to our LinkedIn advertising, but I think the reporting limitations aren't great. The discrepancies don't provide full confidence in the numbers. But, as a tool to become more targeted based on websights and sales goals it's great!
The social advertising integration with LinkedIn specifically has helped us become much more targeted. It's combination with audiences allow our sales and marketing functions to quickly build strategic lists and quickly pull them over to LinkedIn. The amount of time saved building audiences within LinkedIn is great. And the ability to quickly build audiences based on websights data and get ads in front of people who are currently visiting our site it truly valuable.

ZoomInfo Marketing has helped us optimize our LinkedIn advertising and is a key tool in out toolkit now. The websights and intent tools give us great insight we couldn't find from other tools we have used. I'd say full reporting is less appropriate at this moment.
