Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo Sales

Because it is one of my top 3 favorite platforms I've ever used at my company
ZoomInfo is an extremely hopeful tool for me when prospecting into companies. I use it when trying to find specific roles such as CFO's, Controller's, and CEO's. It allows me to find helpful information like the the point of contacts email, phone number, and title. I've been using ZoomInfo for the last 5.5 years at multiple companies and have never seen a tool that integrates so well with Salesforce. I've used that to sync contacts into Salesforce which makes it easy to monitor and track all of my activity.

Pros

  • Integrates with Salesforce, allows me to sync contacts into the my CRM
  • Locate contact information like phone numbers, addresses, and emails
  • Ability to see an updated list of employees at specific companies

Cons

  • Data accuracy can be improved, sometimes I reach out to employees who are no longer with the company
  • Search filters can be clunky, would like a smoother process
  • Bad emails, sometimes they bounce and it affects our company's email domain when prospecting
  • High touch rate on accounts
  • It helps me convert deals by finding the right point of contact
  • Shares helpful information about each customer
It has made it easier from me to find prospects information while also integrating well with my Salesforce instance. It has improved the process of syncing contacts into Salesforce which also sync with Outreach and Salesloft. Makes it easier for me to sequence my customers and make dials. I've been a huge advocate and user for years.
Does not have as good of information, most of the time their phone numbers and emails are outdated in comparison to ZoomInfo

Yes

Very well suited for prospecting into accounts that you are unfamiliar with. I've used it a ton when working as a business development representative and it was one of my most useful tools. There are a few times where I go to LinkedIn instead of ZoomInfo because some of the information it out of date. For the most part I like the platform and highly recommend the platform
