Pros

- Not all data is up-to-date. We've come across leads who've passed away for at least a year
- Finding out missed calls is a scavenger hunt
- When sending suggested edits, there are some fields that are missing, which are critical updates on certain contacts
- ZoomInfo Sales provides better quality leads that have resulted to increased number of prospects
- ZoomInfo Sales has allowed us to reach more quality target leads versus other platforms
- We were able to have more face to face meetings in the last six months of using ZoomInfo Sales than we have had in the past two years

ZoomInfo uses better methods to provide quality leads versus these two platforms. The ease of navigation is similar, but ZoomInfo has a more robust search parameter, allowing you to specifically target the leads you are after.
