Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo Sales

Overall, ZoomInfo Sales has greatly helped in increasing our lead pool, resulting in a healthy sales funnel. It takes a while to get used to its navigation, but once you get the hang of it, sourcing targeted, quality leads would be easy. There are just minor issues about contact information being tagged wrongly or not up to date. Overall, ZoomInfo Sales would be a great tool for any company's sales team.
We use ZoomInfo Sales to source out leads for our target market. Working outside the continental United States provides a specific challenge, especially not being able to physically go door to door at every establishment to find out whether they would be a good fit as a client. The data that you are able to extract from ZoomInfo Sales saves time and money, and allows you to hit the ground running when going after quality, target leads.

Pros

  • Allows you to target a certain business demographic
  • Allows you to find particular businesses in a particular zip code radius
  • Provides you with updates on any movement within your search criteria
  • Provides you with information on what companies have recently expressed intent in your field of business

Cons

  • Not all data is up-to-date. We've come across leads who've passed away for at least a year
  • Finding out missed calls is a scavenger hunt
  • When sending suggested edits, there are some fields that are missing, which are critical updates on certain contacts
  • ZoomInfo Sales provides better quality leads that have resulted to increased number of prospects
  • ZoomInfo Sales has allowed us to reach more quality target leads versus other platforms
  • We were able to have more face to face meetings in the last six months of using ZoomInfo Sales than we have had in the past two years
We are able to reach out to more quality companies and clients that are in the market for our services. We have been able to create a greater market awareness of our presence thanks to the leads we are able to generate from ZoomInfo Sales. Thanks to ZoomInfo Sales, we were able to close one client in 2024, and have four possible closings in just the past few months.
ZoomInfo provides better quality leads versus previously tested platforms. Both platforms rely mostly on LinkedIn data, which is, more often than not, outdated and inaccurate. ZoomInfo uses better methods to provide quality leads versus these two platforms. The ease of navigation is similar, but ZoomInfo has a more robust search parameter, allowing you to specifically target the leads you are after.

ZoomInfo Sales also allows you to dig deeper into a company to find and pinpoint the right contact person to get you a good entry into the company.
