Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo Sales

I think for how it Use it, its dependable, easy to use and pretty intuitive.
I used it every day for prospecting. Its liked to our Sales navigator and makes it very easy to research and import new leads directly into Salesforce. ZoomInfo Sales has great data and because it works with SalesNav it saves a ton of time in research and also getting new names in SF so use can start reaching out to them.. All the reps use it every day - before they had licenses for everyone I was relying on what I found in LinkedIn which doest have email and phone and is not always current. I can also build org charts with ZoomInfo Sales much easier as well - again - savings tons of time.

  • Increased my productivity
  • Saved me hours a day in prospectin
I love the AI summaries, I find them very helpful when I don't have a lot of time to be researching on my own!

I think it benefits all members of the sales teams. Our leadership thought only the BDRs needed this tool - but if they want the Account Executives to also be responsible for prospecting and building out their Accounts they had to also get licenses for all of the reps.

For our reps who work with existing customers, I do not think they have to use ZoomInfo Sales as they are already working with the key stakeholders and are not responsible for new new leads.
