Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo Sales
We use it to find the decision makers within each organization that we need to speak with, influence, and hopefully buy. This has helped us TREMENDOUSLY regarding calls actually being picked up and returned. ZoomInfo Sales addresses multiple business problems, such as keeping us up to date on the decision makers, learning more about them before each call to build a relationship, etc. has led to an increase in sales.

Cons
- If a person works at multiple locations, it needs more than just HQ and local
- Pricing is all individualized, so unsure if the deal is good or not
- Sometimes data is old
- Accurate lead information
- Work smarter, not harder
- Increase in sales due to greater chance of speaking with the right person
It has made me MUCH more effective and valuable as not only did I introduce it to the company and they believed in it enough to purchase, but they then assigned me to teach the entire company on how to utilize it!! It's helped my job security and I'm #1 in Sales as I know how to use it already.
In my opinion, ZoomInfo Sales wins hands down. LinkedIn might be good for growing my own business or to network, but nothing like ZoomInfo Sales in my role.

Using ZoomInfo Sales
12 - Sales and marketing for the most part. Some times Director's will get on to see how they can utilize it and get the biggest bang out of their buck with it as well. In my opinion, most of them are nowhere near to my experience level, so I just need to be patient with them.
1 - I am the only one, and I am in charge of Sales for the Southeast US. We do have an IT guy, but I doubt he knows the system like I do. I am also pretty confident I can take care of any problems that may arise while under contract with them.
- Update CRM
- Have an accurate CRM
- Increase sales by more efficient phone calls
- Syncing it up with Outlook so all emails are in both systems
- Finding out decision makers recent career history
- Getting direct #'s easily
- Use AI to grade which contacts are most likely the decision maker
- Use it as a way to email everyone on 2 Holidays a year..July 4th and Christmas
- Use it to perfect scripts
