Overall Satisfaction with Zuora Insights

Zuora Insights is being used for the customer facing roles within the company. Basically we use it to track the usage of our customers on the platform to see if we need to focus on training them in specific parts of the tool or if their adoption of a certain part is in good standing.
  • Displaying numbers in a nice way
  • Giving good insights
  • Easy to use platform
  • A little hard to toggle between orgs
  • Things that seem clickable aren't
It's very well suited for what we are doing with our customers
