Do I have to register with TrustRadius to write a review?

Yes, you must register on TrustRadius via Linkedin or a work email address so our Review Moderation Team can authenticate your profile and review. This requirement helps us ensure that all reviews published on TrustRadius are from real, verified users like you.

Can I leave my review anonymously?

Yes! On the first page of your review, you’ll see an option to select “Don’t display my personal info with this review on TrustRadius.” Only TrustRadius’ internal Review Moderation Team will see your name and profile information to authenticate your review—your name will not be displayed on our site.

If you wish to update this setting once your review has been published, you can find your review on your account page and click “Edit Privacy” or reach out to support@trustradius.comfor assistance.

Do I have to provide my first and last name to write a review?

Yes. Even if you want to leave a review anonymously, our Review Moderation Team will need your first and last name so they can authenticate your profile and review. As long as you indicate you would like to remain anonymous, your name will not be shared on our public site.

What does it mean to participate in a Customer Reference Program?

At the end of your review, you’ll see an option to opt-in to allow the vendor to contact you about participating in their Customer Reference Program. This is a service TrustRadius provides to technology vendors. Also called a “hand raiser,” this means you are giving the vendor permission to reach out to you about how you might serve as a reference regarding your experience with their product. If you select “Yes,” the vendor will be able to view your name and email address in our vendor portal, even if you wrote the review anonymously.

What kind of insights is TrustRadius looking for in a review?

Remember - our community values your perspective! Buyers will read your review to try and understand whether the product will work for them. So provide as much detail as possible to help them. Include specific insights around your use case, features, comparisons to other similar tools you’ve used, what it’s like to work with the vendor, and, of course, any warnings about limitations and gotchas. Keep in mind that many users spend 15 minutes writing their reviews, and the best reviews are 400+ words.

Reviews that are too lacking in detail will be returned to you, and our Review Moderation Team will reach out with a request for you to add more detail. This may delay the publication of your review and the receipt of your incentive if one was offered.

Can I review a product I just started using?

Yes! Buyers value the insights new users have about onboarding, setup, training, and initial usage. You’ll simply need to share enough insights for your review to be valuable to buyers.

If you’re too new to the product to offer enough insight, your review will be returned, and the Review Moderation Team will reach out to you with a request to come back once you’ve gained a bit more experience.

What if I can’t finish my review right now?

Your review will be saved to your TrustRadius account. You can log in, select My Reviews on the menu in the upper right of the screen, and finish it anytime.

Can I update my review?

Yes, you can log into your TrustRadius account, select My Reviews on the menu in the upper right of the screen, and update your review anytime.

Can I review a product more than once?

No. However, you can always update or add to your review. You can log into your TrustRadius account, select My Reviews on the menu in the upper right of the screen, and update your review anytime.

Why is it taking so long to publish my review?

Thank you for your contribution to the TrustRadius community! The TrustRadius Review Moderation Team verifies every review before publishing. We work hard to make sure we only publish authentic, useful content with no conflicts of interest. This process takes time, and we appreciate your patience. Most reviews are published within 2-3 days—however, if we experience a large influx of reviews, this can be slower.

You are welcome to reach out to us to check the status of your review; however, it is not necessary. Once your review is published, you will receive a confirmation email.

Our Review Moderation Team will also contact you if they need more information before publishing your review. Please respond to these requests so that we can publish your review.

How long does it take to get my incentive?

If an incentive was offered by TrustRadius, you will receive it via email the Tuesday after your review is published. Please remember that incentives are sent to the email address you provided TrustRadius when registering your account.

If you haven’t received an incentive by Wednesday morning, please check your email for any follow-up questions from our Review Moderation Team. Incentives can not be processed until those questions are answered.

If you haven’t received any follow-up emails from our Review Moderation Team, please check your spam folder for your incentive.
