Vinay conceived TrustRadius after experiencing challenges when buying enterprise solutions at his last company. He founded Convio in 1999, the leading SaaS platform for nonprofits. In April 2010, Convio became a public company, and was acquired in May 2012 for $325 million. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School where he graduated as a Baker Scholar, an MS Engineering Economic Systems from Stanford University, and a MA Engineering Information Sciences from Cambridge University with First Class Honors. When he’s not working, Vinay loves playing with his kids, swimming and the occasional squash game.

Mike brings a strong track record of building marketplaces and communities to the TrustRadius team. Before joining TrustRadius, Mike was Vice President of Marketplace Design for the Vrbo business unit (formerly Homeaway) at Expedia. There he leveraged network effects to maximize participation in the marketplace through ratings and reviews. Mike’s previous executive leadership roles include Asure Software and PeopleFluent/Authoria. When he’s not busy leading product teams with an experiment-driven approach, Mike enjoys traveling and being on the lake with his wife and two sons.

Bill brings over 25 years of experience working in and/or leading the back office functions within software companies such as i2 Technologies, Worksoft, Inc, and Bloomfire, Inc. As the CFO at Bloomfire, Bill recently led the organization to a successful exit and was recognized by Austin Business Journal as CFO of the Year in 2017. In addition to having a knack for driving the necessary process changes to put companies on solid financial footing, Bill is known for “humanizing” the back-office function to the rest of the organization. When not telling groan-worthy dad jokes around the office or on Slack, you’ll find Bill, and his wife of 27 years Rachel, exploring the goods and bads of being new empty-nesters.

Cuyler is a proven Go-to-Market professional with experience in sales, customer success, and marketing functions within varying organization sizes, growth phases, and business models. Cuyler’s holistic understanding of creating best in class customer lifecycle engagement strategies uniquely prepares him to act as advisor, partner, and builder with the sales and CS teams internally as well as customers and partners in building TrustRadius into their business plans. Cuyler has a strong background in building win/win outcomes with partners and customers at VMware, Dell, Invodo, Needle, and most recently, Dealerware. True to the philosophy of TrustRadius, he has been successful by creating best in class B2B customer experiences and then amplifying those customer voices in the marketplace.

Megan leads Research at TrustRadius, whose mission is to ensure TrustRadius delivers high quality, useful and, above all, trustworthy user feedback to help prospective software buyers make more informed decisions. Before joining TrustRadius, Megan was Director of Sales and Marketing at Stratfor, where she was in charge of growing the company’s B2C revenue stream through email marketing and other channels. She enjoys traveling, reading, and hiking.

Allyson leads the marketing strategy at TrustRadius across all functions including demand gen, PR, product, and partner marketing. She’s driven to establish TrustRadius as the platform where buying decisions are made. Allyson brings experience and expertise in hyper growth marketing from previous roles at LiveRamp, an enterprise SaaS company. In her spare time she teaches yoga and finds anything to do outdoors. Allyson was also a ballerina in Dubai and graduated from University of California, Santa Cruz.

Jacob brings 20 years of technology leadership experience collaborating with teams of all sizes to go from startup to scaleup. Most recently, he led the Technology organization at b.well Connected Health through several growth stages while delivering solutions to increase the value of care for consumers. While at Vrbo, he led teams of product engineers to help build a global marketplace platform serving millions of travelers with millions of vacation rental properties. He holds an M.S. in Software Engineering from the University of Texas, Austin. When he’s not busy growing the next generation of leaders, Jacob enjoys traveling with his wife and kids.

Jamy joined the Tech industry specifically to work with the TrustRadius team after many years serving in Healthcare. Bringing over 15 years of HR leadership experience, she champions all things “People” including strategy, analytics, benefits, and the human experience of being a TrustRadian. In addition to the impact she makes internally, she’s also active in the HR community through various mentorship programs, acting as an Advisory Board member for HR.com’s research team projects, and speaking on a global stage with HackingHR about the importance of empathy and well-being in the workplace. In her spare time, she enjoys collecting rare books, making memories with family and friends, and being an advocate and volunteer for underprivileged and underserved communities.

Mark leads the SEO and Review Generation teams at TrustRadius and is a seasoned digital marketer on both the agency and brand side. He has led digital marketing efforts for sites such as PCMag, Mashable, BlackFriday.com and countless other websites over the last 15 years. Having driven billions of pageviews via search, Mark has seen it all and knows what it takes to succeed in SEO. Mark has a passion for educating others on digital marketing best practices and is the founding Chairman of the State of Search Conference (stateofsearch.org) and past President of the DFWSEM and Social Media Club of Dallas.
