If you bring the 'AI,' it's very helpful for us. Sometimes, we might make grammar errors; at those times, this AI can guide us for correction.If 'AI' can level by searching, it's very helpful for us. For example, if we require a job description, if this AI can pull strings and resumes, it might save time and help sort the resumes a bit faster

Using Ceipal ATS AI helps to filtering the candidates witch with good fit matches skill sets and experience and potential enabling more useful in hiring decisions. Ceipal ATS AI higher percentage of qualified candidates making qualified to the client expectations and qualified candidates making the interview from the client side AI makes our time so efficient.

Most preferably not, Ceipal AI suggests some candidates that preferably matched, So we try to open the resumes, But it doesn't match as per our Boolen string in Ceipal ATS. I Suggest showing the results as per our requirements. So probably we will use the resume listed as per our strings.

Yes, we appreciate the Ceipal ATS where it increase the candidate quality by utilizing the AI. sometime we search for few skill which is not reflect in skill of the candidate. yes we believe that Ceipal ATS AI tool contributed the significantly to this effect. integrating of AI technology in the upcoming search will make us to sort out the profile easly

AI is a good feature, while i create job and include the string, the AI feature helps in finding suitable profiles within the database and helps in easy hunting the candidates rather than playing the search on job boards.

I am not a recruiter so I don't use Ceipal ATS for that, but I can say since utilizing the tool, my recruitment team has grown some accounts exponentially from 0 headcount to 20+. Our recruiters use Ceipal ATS on a daily basis. I more so use it as a CRM for my programs I support.

AI is definitely helpful to find matching and quality candidates. I believe we can find 100% match and there is a possibility to avoid manipulated candidate profiles.
Most of the time some candidates used to upload their resume in job portal multiple times in different title. AI is the only option to avoid duplication

It helps to fetch the right candidates as per our Boolean keywords. It show the number of matches at the top of the resumes, which helps to rate the resume according to our job descriptions.
Getting the weekly and monthly reports makes more easier in Ceipal. Added features is getting the report by everyday.

It totally depends on how we use AI to find candidates and build resumes. If they are built with AI without knowing their skills, there is no point in applying for that opportunity. If they really have experience in those skills, we can very much feel comfortable using AI. At the same time, we need to focus on grammatical errors in resumes when building.

Ceipal ATS helps us saving time and money by easy search of candidates from database if already submitted. It's easy to find good profiles and reach them to submit soon, and If we use direct portal for sourcing we have to migrate same profiles if we view again and view will be lost, but in Ceipal ATS we have resume database so this help us money and time.

Ceipal ATS AI Integration has somewhat a positive impact on our sourcing. With the right Boolean Search and keywords automatic Resume sourcing gives you a better result by eliminating the unecessary results. We can easily filter out the best candidate and reach out to them for the right opportunity. Ceipal ATS’s AI tools integration has been one of the important changes till date.

My understanding is that sometimes skills are not shown as matching profiles because, when the profile is opened in the database, the skills mentioned do not appear in the resume that we have mentioned. That is why I am concerned, and it would be beneficial if the AI could address that.

The resume harvesting is very good in Ceipal. The automated AI gives very good result. The integrated search option is good but need to upgrade a bit. I believe that Ceipal ATS's AI tools is vey advance. It is very beneficial for the user as well. It saves time of the user.

Yes I am accepting this Ceipal ATS AI totally helps to find the quality profiles within minutes. It reduces a lot of effort here to the recruiter work in matching and automated candidate sourcing. If we submit quality profiles we can close the candidate easily and make as a closure.
