Easy to submit all claims and it is sent to the director for approval which makes it much quicker and faster to get paid back for expenses. Rather than it being a huge back-end process that ends up being passed through tons of people, it's a nice easy process that is almost automatic.

As mentioned previously the app is a great way to save time when claiming back due to the ability to use the phones camera directly to the app. This saves emailing the receipt photos to your email and uploading when you can do it straight from the app. Its great!

As an employee, Webexpenses has helped me to quickly submit relevant expenses and get them approved with less effort than before. The claims process is simpler and faster than many other platforms I have used in the past, and it allows you to itemize claims and organize each item accordingly.

I have been using Webexpenses to make claims for my overtime payment, this has saved me contacting my manager and HR representative each time I need to make a claim, it is a straightforward, simple process where I upload the number of hours I have done. This is then approved by the HR department once received.

I guess it is easy to just upload the documents you have to prove that you need a reimbursement instead of printing it and presenting it in paper.

I have used it to get reimbursed for personal development tools, such as courses, that helped me get promoted into a different department. In addition, I've also used webexpenses for the purposes of teambuilding activities, by organizing barbecue summer nights, for which the company allowed me to use some of the budget to purchase ingredients for said events. The process for submitting the invoices and getting reimbursed in all of these cases were straight-forward and intuitive, allowing for a smooth experience.

I have used it to manage my own internal expenses, but have not used it to automate many processes. I have only used it for a very manual process because I am an individual contributor and am not managing any expenses, team members, or items that are expensed other than my own.

The customisable export is useful for businesses as it can be tailored to individual needs. Some fields are not exportable which seems strange. As mentioned before it can be buggy. People often complain to me they can't see fields or their input disappears. Some issues are down to users not being organised, like uploading receipts at time of spend is good.

The credit card statements are uploaded to Webexpenses and then it gets automatically converted to a expense claim. After having a look at the transactions, you upload the receipts and match to the correct claim. It's then easy to code the claim as all the codes are already listed and you just need to select the code from the drop down list. Then submit the claim and wait for it to be approved.

Everyone is working remotely so being able to submit expenses without bringing receipts and paperwork into the office has been essential. Mainly because the office is closed and no one is there. The same is said with the authorization; it's very hard to get people in the office to sign piles of paperwork, but getting them to just lgin and click authorize seems to be a lot easier.
