10to8 Appointment Scheduling Software vs. Zoho Calendar

I still give it a 10 for appointment scheduling. It has a lot of great features for the price. Even the free option has great features. it's easy to set up and get started. It saves so much time when scheduling appointments with other people.

It is good for office use for keeping track of meetings and various important events. It is very nice to share a calendar with the whole team and the whole team has access to it, everyone can modify and update events. Furthermore, it is less appropriate when you use it on mobile, and it also cannot record the meetings.

• For startups on a low budget, it offers a free plan that allows you one or two integrations.
• You can embed your booking page that you create directly on 10to8 to your website using a shortcode.
• You can charge for appointments booked in advance which helps to eliminate the frustration of clients of no show clients.
• You can customize your booking page to fit in with your business trading times, block out lunches, holidays and special days.
• You can ensure the appointments are synced if with your existing Google, outlook and office 365 calendars.

• I can see that Zoho Calendar allows for multiple tab use which seemed to be a rare and useful function to have.
• I like how the search function is advanced and you can put specific info to find what you require.
• I like the visual freedom the app gives in terms of the day, month, and workdays, 2-month views, and selecting colours as well, etc.

• Some of the CRM tools are limited or slow; perhaps an ability to customize for specific needs.
• More ability to customize the schedule page.
• They need an APP for iPhone and Android.

I've only had to reach out to customer service twice, but both times the people that I spoke to were quick to respond, knew what they were talking about and were able to walk me through fixing the issues.

Pricing for the options was not as affordable as 10 to 8. I could only use it for a short-term (days) for free, which wasn't appealing to me. I eventually upgraded on 10 to 8 after a few months of use because it gave me enough time to feel comfortable with it.

Zoho calendar allows us to schedule, manage and track your appointment, meetings, birthdays, and other important dates. And also collaborate, share and publish your daily activities. Zoho Calendar also provides you to make it more creative by changing the themes. Event reminders are also available on Zoho Calendar, so we can be reminded either via email or through a pop-up about appointments, dates, milestones, and events. Reminders can pop up as early as 30 days before an event.

• Once the meeting is created on the Zoho calendar, you don't need to remind invitees to join the meeting at a particular time or day. Zoho calendar does that for you.
• If any invitees are unable to join the meeting, they can ask for a different time prior to that meeting.
• Sometimes if many meetings are in the pipeline then there can be overlap.
