Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Calendar

I used Zoho Calendar to keep track of appointments and meetings. I would like to say that proved beneficial to be used but the product did not, in my opinion. It was often glitchy, erroring out, or completely froze requiring me to use task manager to close and then reopen the service application.

  • It works sometimes

Cons

  • It needs better software integration for use with other services and programs
  • It needs a better source code so that it doesn't crash or lock up as often
  • It should incorporate better customer service for dealing with the issues it creates.

  • It was pretty negative. The software issues often caused my team to miss meetings I found.
  • The software issues often caused me to have to reach out to tech support to try and recover data that was lost regularly
  • In my opinion, the software was so out of date that it often resulted in my team having to use their competition's program,
The other software I used when Zoho Calendar was having issues was by far a much better option. The business I was working for at the time chose Zoho Calendar because it was a cheaper alternative and served basic functions that were useful to my superiors. After using the service myself, I brought the issues to the attention of my superiors and the rest of my team. After a group discussion, it was determined that we would be switching to a better software and service.

The software would be good sometimes for storing notes from meetings and dates for future meetings / projects, but the software was often buggy and did not always retain the data that was inputted into it, we found. Multiple times my coworkers had to have their profiles recovered because the software somehow deleted them out of it.
