247Labs vs. CIENCE Sales Development (legacy) vs. Salaria Sales Solutions

Cience is well suited for providing building blocks when you are starting with very little. They took the time to learn our unique product and weren't hesitant to jump on an account for a less than traditional ICP. If you are looking to outsource sales, just be prepared to be an active voice in the partnership.

Salaria Sales Solutions is especially well‑suited for companies that know their market but haven’t had the time or structure to build a real outbound program. If you have a clear ideal customer profile but no internal team to consistently reach those decision‑makers, their process shines. They’re also a strong fit for organizations that value disciplined follow‑up, clear documentation, and messaging that actually reflects the business rather than generic templates.

• Rapidly created marketing scripts based on the domain knowledge we provided.
• Rapidly identified the key executives and ways to reach them in our target audience.
• Provided well-spoken representatives who were able to get our message across.
• Provided excellent weekly feedback on their 'hit-rate.'

• Salaria Sales Solutions excels at building a true outbound engine from the ground up.
• Their operational discipline is another standout.
• They’re proactive in communication, quick to flag issues, and even quicker to adjust.
• They deliver qualified conversations.

• There isn't much to say here for me from a feature or functionality perspective. We've always had a very seamless interaction with CIENCE from a technology standpoint. I have to admit that I am typically the bottleneck if things ever get stuck because our team at CIENCE usually has to push me to get materials and documentation for our campaigns.
• We once ran into a slight issue with the timing for our contract renewal. I needed to pause our service because of a large deal we acquired, and I needed to save some extra funds to ensure we could prepare for it properly. I was technically too late to put the pause in time based on the dates in our contract. However, the CIENCE team worked closely with me to come up with a creative solution that was understanding of my challenging situation at the time, while also favoring our long-term partnership rather than short-sighted revenue gains.

• Salaria has been a strong partner for us, and most of their processes are already very well‑structured. The areas for improvement are more about fine‑tuning than fixing.

They are easy to work with and very organized.

Working with them, it's been like hiring the most self-directed, analytically driven new hire that you can imagine. I couldn't have been more impressed and happy with the work that's been done so far

They have a pool of talented teams and being responsible.

The process outlined was exactly what we were looking for (hand holding before, during and ongoing) and was right on in terms of what we needed for implementation. We were successful in identifying the team from CIENCE who would be dedicated to Manifest and were able to have all levels of both companies involved in the implementation process.

We chose CIENCE because we were impressed with the technology it was built on for lead-generation, the quality of leads proposed to us, the targeting capabilities, and campaign execution strategies. Nobody has been better suited to our service capabilities modeling and needs of the organization.

In the past, I've engaged with various lead generation companies, but unfortunately, they did not yield successful outcomes. Salaria Sales Solutions has been doing an impressive job handling a complex prospecting strategy in a challenging industry.

• Terrible waste of money. Just starting out we want to use our funds the most effective we can. This had ZERO ROI and was a waste of time.
• They ask for a three-month upfront payment and gave us nothing back. While this is the risk we take with no guarantees, you would expect a reputable business to offer something for a performance so poor. A free month to try and make things right by providing a few leads, or some small amount of refund, something. Their response was to tell us they did nothing wrong and they would not even consider anything.
• The good reviews from this company are baffling to me. I reviewed them before starting and felt they must be reputable. The truth is the onboarding process took 30 days even though we provided them with everything before it started. They charge for this ramp-up time even though nothing of substance is happening.
• Within two weeks of the campaign starting our Cience team had lost over half of its original members due to attrition. 3 out of 5 of their members left the company
