Overall Satisfaction with CIENCE

  • CIENCE has a significant background in lead generation, with wide sector expertise.
  • Open access to the highest level of management.
  • A full (and very competent) team who quickly became part of our team - both in terms of research, scripting, and prospect communication (verbal and written).
  • While mostly our responsibility, I would suggest (although they may have this) a different offering based on company stage.
  • The team was very experienced, but some further depth of experience in the affluent sector would be helpful (because we are very early stage).
There are too many to list, however once introduced to CIENCE and their capabilities, we selected them as the best choice for us. Access to the senior team at the company, the vast experience(s) of the company and the commitment of a stable team that would work alongside us were all critical considerations. In each case, they bore out to be the right partner for the right time.
We partnered with CIENCE at a very early stage and unrelated to them, probably too early. We had prospect definition that was in process and very fluid. What did happen was that we had a partner that worked with us in helping us define the process and lead qualification. There were several iterations along the way that required adjustments and CIENCE was quick to work with us and provided us with complete flexibility, which was critical.

Evaluating CIENCE and Competitors

I wouldn't change any part of the process - albeit rather counterintuitive. I rely on references from people and companies I know who have similar needs and requirements. We were very fortunate to be introduced at a very early stage to CIENCE. As the old cliche states, "underpromise and over deliver" ensures success - very true in this case.

CIENCE Implementation

The process outlined was exactly what we were looking for (hand holding before, during and ongoing) and was right on in terms of what we needed for implementation. We were successful in identifying the team from CIENCE who would be dedicated to Manifest and were able to have all levels of both companies involved in the implementation process.
Yes - Discovery and explanation of our business. Outline of our needs and what CIENCE's capabilities were in meeting those needs. Next step was defining the "logical" prospect or potential member we were looking for and CIENCE's experience in filtering leads (or qualifying) to the extent required. Last was using CIENCE when we began script messaging for our prospects and ensuring that flexibility had to be part of the process - we knew it would be a very iterative process.
