Through EMP Trust HR, it becomes very easy to collaborate with multiple employees and easy on effective resources production and the excellent project data management solution. EMP Trust HR is a very flexible system that easily creates excellent reports on employees' activities and easy project payment data management, and effective integration capability.

• Catalog access for courses is linked to programs requiring participants to retake a program instead of just replaying a singular course. This is being addressed in a future update.

• Starting with the tool is not that simple, especially when you have no experience with other similar platforms.
• HR operations management for multiple projects is turf.

Since I started in our organization, 360Learning has evolved and keep evolving and makes the experience easier and better.

You don't really need to be trained to use it, it's like social media. If not, there's full documentation available, it's not a steep learning curve at all. There's lots of advice about how to better use the platform too. I don't see any need for improvement here but left a 9/10 JUST in case.

I was not part of the implementation.

We had a lot of reasons for choosing to partner with PSA for our Learn 360 platform. The others were a much larger price, were not as easy to use, were not as feature-rich, and didn't have us plugged into so many relevant titles at any time. They also didn't seem as adaptable or have an AI component built in.

Unlike all the above platforms, employee management and HR document management are very easy and effective and easy project data and document management. To easily manage the project and employees' productivity through EMP Trust HR is more effective and cost-effective and even to create excellent real-time reports on EMP Trust HR is easier and more profitable.
