Acendre vs. Crunchr

The analysis of the labor profile of the possible candidates is one of the reasons to continue using Acendre as the main platform for hiring. We are always carrying out constant analyzes of job profiles and our vacancies, it is generated that Acendre is increasingly used to meet our goals. It comes with hundreds of metrics and filters such as employee's location, gender, age, grade etc. Using all these available tools and options, it makes analyzing way easier. With this there is no need to manually build reports and models. It also provides very user friendly UI, you can simply drag and drop to answer most complex questions.

It collects all the data from them organization and sits on the top layer of your organization. It keeps the data secure and is reliable to use.

Customer service is very good and supportive. They understand your concerns very patiently and resolves it within SLA timelines. They have also created many knowledge article which illustrates each and every steps in detail to resolve the common problem at comes during installation and integrations. They also make follow-up calls in order to understand if the problem is actually resolved.

A few of us had used ADP Workforce Now at other places and liked the idea of an HR management tool like ADP and Crunchr but we had shared similar dissatisfaction with analytics reporting from ADP. It seemed like they were a few years behind the technology when compared to other solutions on the market, which led us to Crunchr
