Achievers vs. Xoxoday

Achievers is well suited as a rewards and recognition platform - which is what it was designed for. It's less appropriate for a company intranet to share files and documents with one another. Allowing users to do both on one platform would be a great solution for bridging the gap between corporate communication and rewards.

Based on my experience Xoxoday Plum is suited for any organization out there which needs gifts cards sending platform. They have free and pro plans which make it a great platform for both small and large businesses according to their requirements. They have many features which make them a great platform for all businesses.

• Easy profile viewing. Whenever a colleague was mentioned in the town hall, I have to hover over their names and wait for the "view profile" button to appear, instead of just clicking on their tagged names.
• Improve searching for colleagues' profiles. Whenever I checked on my colleagues via the search button, it will be their mentioned post, and not their profile is shown.
