Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud vs. Morphisec

The services are easy to learn and manage. The support team is very competent and resolves my issues that come s up easily. As a business partner, they are proactive in offering solutions and help to improve what we are doing. They are always there for engineering solutions that we are not sure how to do.

In order to have a clean work area and operating system, it is essential to have the reinforcement of a program that is effective in eliminating each of the threats that constantly appear in each of the projects. Morphisec Guardb is the perfect ally that we recommend to maintain a serenity and digital stability.

• Stops ransomware attacks in a unique fashion before they can infect and spread in an environment.
• Works flawlessly so far with our additional security tools and platforms.
• Has a very small footprint as an application so does not interfere with day to day operations on our endpoints.

• The website is pretty slow and will kick you off sometimes. I know they are working on this. For now, this is the biggest problem we have with Acronis.
• Their support team isn't great. It can take a while to get an issue resolved, although issues do not happen frequently.

• I would like to see the program run a bit faster, there are times when it takes a few minutes to detect and issue my current state.
• We have co-workers who want to admire and try the program before taking the initiative to pay for its service, it is unfortunate that this program does not have a free version or a preview to each of its functions.

They recently raised the pricing for backup usage and our price has nearly doubled. It is still lower than some other vendors, but we might review other options before renewing next year.

The platform is quite intuitive and centralizes many functions into a single console, which facilitates the daily management of all clients. However, some sections—such as the RMM, security audit reports, or the Awareness service—could be more comprehensive to enhance the overall experience. Support has been helpful when we have had to reach out. We have not had to contact support that much so I do not have much feedback on them. I met the support team at the Cyber Summit and they are all very nice, smart individuals.

Price! All the services have low entry points and then hit you with big fees. Acronis Advanced Backup provides better management and control of your cost then the other services we evaluated. We have tested a number of solutions not on the list that have are price competitive, but the support was lacking.

Morphisec won out in our search for strong protection against ransomware and zero-day attacks by offering a unique approach to preventing them, to begin with. There were some additional offerings that did some things very well themselves, but in the end, it came down to a few things Morphisec seemed to be the best in our research at least. Those things included how it specifically protected against ransomware and zero-day attacks, the small footprint it needs to run, and it's ability to just slot into our environment and allow us the flexibility to continue using our current XDR and NextGenAV platforms as well.

• We have been able to further develop our customerbase and and more MSP as our partners
• Overall the recurring revenue coming from Acronis, will help us to increase revenue and margin, without investing in new hardware and save on energy-cost.
• It is time consuming to implement Acronis into our system and train our employees. With this there is also cost involved, but we believe in the long-term investements we make here.

• One of the biggest and best features that this program implemented in my work area is the efficiency and security of trusting to be the main user to carry out the most important jobs in my company.
• Morphisec Guard was created with the intention that each company, regardless of its content, can work without having to deal with different types of attacks and threats that destroy the development of my work.
