For data control as it works in the background and identify sensitive data and secures it by encrypting the PHI and PII type of data. Also it is very useful if you need to set rbac for your users within the organisation as it let you control what each user can access and action they can take.

Datameer's workbooks include an intuitive GUI for maximum usability. Anyone with an analytical mind may easily compile data using the built-in worksheet capability without requiring much technological knowledge. Ad hoc reports may now be made and scheduled. In addition, I haven't had too much problem fixing things because I can get most of the answers I want there.

Employees with intermediate SQL and Hive knowledge can generate reports faster than using Datameer . It does have visualization tool but I don't think it is anything that cannot be accomplished by importing the data in Excel

It has been very helpful as it has reduced the number of traditional system and software that is being used and it does the work of 5 softwares in 1. Also it has been useful as I don't have to worry about the number of resources as one admin can help us maintain the data and its policy.

Easy to use for most things, starts to require some planning as your projects get more complex.

I have compared Datameer with the tools listed above and it blows them out of the water. Datameer is much more user friendly than these tools and is also a lot more powerful. Once the Q1 release comes out with drill down capabilities on the infographics, Datameer will surpass Tableau and Spotfire in visualization.

• It has been a great addition to the application and software our org usage and the ROI has been great. As it eliminates the multiple app or software to just 1 and it reduces the cost by almost 35 %
• Operational cost savings as traditional systems or application require lot of manpower in ensuring the same which Actifile does without any additional cost and resources.
• Do overall it is best fit for the mid sized to large organisations.
